How to make roles anonymous

All roles with more than one participant are anonymous by nature. This is often the case for the Chair of the CEO. But you can make sure to anonymise the respondents before presenting the report.

When customising the presentation, you can toggle the different options in the distribution and snake graph so it is set to display “Full Board” or “Average”. You can also filter out the CEO by clicking on the role tile in the top left corner. This will provide anonymity, but at the same time you will miss out on the capability to analyse alignment in the board.
