How are the scores calculated?

The ratings are based on the so-called Likert scale, which is common in social science research. This gives the respondent a clean and easy-to-use interface. But also allows for nuance.

The reports, however, display the scores on a 1-100 in order to make it easier to interpret and eliminate the use of decimals.
